Until the kids broke it and I had to replace it.

P.S.: I had read Jurassic Park, but forgot that point, so thanks for posting it. Not only that, it has WEATHER affects! How can we tell? Because the man in the pictures is NOT Wearing a giant bubble over his head to breathe in, and the FLAG is waving in the air.

Your artist is genius, just like the other scientists. (Is that the pluraral form?)

At any rate, you should read Jurassic Park if you haven't read it, because it deals with this very subject.

My favorite line is by Malcolm (who dies in the book) but he says:

"What advances?" Malcolm said iritanbly. "The number of hours women devote to housework has not changed since 1930, despite all the advances. All the vacuum cleaners. washers-dryers, trash compactors, garbage disposals, wash-and-wear-fabrics...Why does it still take as long to clean the house as it did in 1930?"

Early in the same chapter he talks about how scientist claim to be seeking the truth - but in reality they are preoccupied with accomplishments. They never stop and ask if they SHOULD, because they assume if they don't, someone else will. It's a very interesting point of view - and one I happen to agree with.

When you think about how many billions of dollars it's going to take us to establish a permanent human settlement somewhere else in the galaxy (which I believe is the only way to prevent the eventual extinction of the Human Race) you just have to wonder:

How much money are we paying right now so NASA can argue over the definition of a planet? And couldn't that money be better spent buying $20,000 toliet seats?
