Kramer carried crackers in his. (Commutation 12)

There were two things that occupied my mind on the way into work today, distracting me from listening to talk radio, and by far the most important thought was this: I wonder how good fake Tupperware is?

I had to wonder that because in my briefcase... and you'll like this, because I'm sure you've always wondered what a lawyer carries in his briefcase... in my briefcase was my lunch, and my laptop from work. I'd taken the laptop home from work because my laptop at work has "Windows Movie Maker" on it and I wanted to begin transforming the 173,000,000 videos and photos we have of the kids into DVDs. (See how computers enhance productivity?)

My lunch for today is waffles with syrup and a raisin bagel (and, yes, I may just make a Sticky Waffle Sandwich out of it, putting the waffles between the bagel halves. Or the bagels between two waffles. It doesn't really matter, does it?)

Or does it?

The anticipation of a delicious lunch was offset by the constant worrying that the syrup would leak out of the cheap, bargain-brand Tupperware I insist on buying, and would then get on, or in, the laptop, which would be very difficult to explain to my boss.

The other thing that occupied my mind? Trying to call in to a local talk radio show whose host wanted people to call in and tell what distracted them while driving. I never got through, but I'd have wowed him.
